Training and Placement Cell The institute has a full-fledged T&P Cell managed by experienced professionals & consultants. Several firms have conducted Campus Interviews and a large number of our students from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd batch have already joined in various reputed organisations and 4th batch students have been selected/short listed. Many of our students being selected by Multinationals have already proceeded abroad. Career development and guidance Career development and guidance programs for the students are being conducted by expert professionals to guide and help students to know the avenues before them, choose career they wish to take up and successfully face the process of recruitment. Programmes on personality development, communication skill, spoken english and subjective coaching classes are also being conducted for the students to prepare themselves for competitive examinations, group discussions and interviews.

Following facilities are available in the campus. LIBRARY: It has the collection of 16000 volumes and 1700 titles of all the different departments It also subscribes to many international and national journals and magazines HOSTELS: There are three hostels in the college and are well furnished with all the facilities Hostel has the accommodation capacity of 800 students ACTIVITIES: Sports Activities Seminars Workshops Events Laboratory Facilities The well equipped spacious laboratories of PIET are designed .The Physics and Chemistry laboratory, the Electronics Laboratory, (Analog, Circuit Design and Testing, Digital and Communication, DSP, VLSI) Power electronics Lab are well equipped with modern and computerized gadgets. All the Computer Laboratories of the Institute are of high standard. Two Internet laboratories enjoy connectivity through Software Technology Park of India (A Govt. of India Enterprise) leased line with high bandwidth. There are 270 systems to achieve 1:1 student and system ratio. CELLS: Cultural Cell- The students are encouraged to take part in various cultural activities like music, drama, debate, quiz competitions etc NSS Cell- It is led by a senior faculty , It has two units of NSS for both boys and girls consisting of 50 staff members.
