Kothandaraman established the PSNA College of Engineering & Technology in 1984 on the Dindigul - Palani Highway in Tamil Nadu with a vision to provide world-class engineering education. PSNA College of Engineering & Technology admission offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications. The intake for undergraduate engineering degrees is 930 students across the specializations. The intake for undergraduate technology degrees is 460 students across the specializations. The duration of the undergraduate programs is 4 years or 8 semesters.

Admission to the undergraduate degrees is granted on merit in the 12th standard examinations. Admission is done through the Tamil Nadu Engineering counseling or JEE-Mains counseling.

The intake for the postgraduate engineering degrees is 18 students in each specialization. The intake is 120 students for MBA and 60 students for MCA. The duration of the ME and MBA courses is 2 years or 4 semesters, while the MCA course is 3 years or 6 semesters long.

Admission to the postgraduate courses is based on their merit in their bachelor’s degree. Applicants are also granted admission based on their merit in an entrance exam- TANCET/ CET/ GATE/ MAT.
