Infrastructure Facilities at Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science, Mumbai:

Laboratories:

• Nirmala Niketan College has several laboratories for various subjects like Chemistry, Biology, Food, Clothing, Interior Designing, Computer, Psychological Testing and Counseling laboratory.
• Multiple sections of the college serve as Housekeeping laboratory
• Laboratories are remodelled and it has good lighting, modern fitting, upgraded equipment and technology to match the requirements of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programs

Library:

• Nirmala Niketan College library is situated on the fourth floor.
• It provides material and service to assist in studying and also meets the requirements of the modern information centre.
• Library benefits the students, teachers, staffs and also other educational institutions, industry etc.
• The library is functional from 8:30 am till 6:00 pm except on Sundays and government holidays.
•  The library has Acquisition of Books/CDs /Bound volumes /dissertations, Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), Lending of books and other library resources, Article Indexing for Research Journals, Library Database, E-Journals, Bar Coding of Books, Bibliography, Computers, Internet and printout facility, wifi the following facilities in it.

Cafeteria:

• Nirmala Niketan College has cafeteria facility at Institute hostel across the road

Hostel:

• Hostel facility is available in 2 different locations, one in the institute building and other in Goregoan.
• Campus hostel has a capacity of 70 students.
• The hostel has mess facility where meals and refreshments are served in subsidized prize
