The Bengaluru campus of NMIMS is astounding. The college is equipped with all the necessary gadgets. The classrooms are air-conditioned and have digital as well as whiteboards. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent and students are given easy access to learning. The Bengaluru campus has one boy's hostel and two girl's hostel. The hostel fees are quite exorbitant so most of the students opt-in for a PG. There are many PGs near the college and transportation is easy to access. The college has it's own buses as well for the students. The food in college is good. A lot of snacks/meals are provided in the price range of Rs.30-70.
NMIMS is known for its ability to maintain discipline. The college values punctuality as one of the most important morals to become a great leader in today's world. Since I'm studying at the Bengaluru campus, the college starts at 7:30 am and finishes at 1:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. The academic year is divided into 2 semesters at the end of which there is an examination. The semester begins in July-November and December-April. The course is divided into Internal assessment and external assessment. The Internal assessment consists of assignments and projects of 50 marks. The External assessment consists of an End-Term examination of 50 marks. The quality and method of teaching at the university is excellent. The teachers have created an interactive learning environment and have given us projects that align with the problems faced in the real-time world. The overall experience in the college has been very enlightening and inspiring. The competitiveness harnessed among the students has helped me develop my inner sense of creativity and understanding of the subject being learned.

The scholarship facility at NMIMS isn't very good. There isn't much on the scholarship front.

In NMIMS, you are required to do an internship after completing your 2nd year in the course. The college has an excellent placement committee that helps students get placements. The university also allows pursuing internships with the help of your own connections. This has greatly helped the students the flexibility to choose from various options. I'm currently studying in my 3rd year of B.Sc Finance. Initially, to join the course I had to take the entrance exam NPAT which is specifically designed for students who want to enroll themselves inNMIMS. The NPAT has 3 important sections: Proficiency in English, Quantitative Ability (Mathematics), and Logical Reasoning. The entrance exam has approximately 40 questions. The cutoffs are not specified but the percentage should be about 75% and above. Since I'm a B.Sc Finance student it is important for students studying in the commerce stream to be Maths students. The admission procedure is quite simple once you have cleared the entrance. After the results of NPAT, an email will be sent to you with your results score and if you have been accepted by the university with a 3-day time for a decision.

College fee is not too much and also beneficial for the three years of undergraduate course.
The college gives a lot of exposure to extracurricular activities and places that help build your CV later to persuade internships and great firms.
NPAT is the priority examination to get in with further eligibility as per the streams you’ve come from.
The food available in the canteen is good and at very reasonable rates. There's no issue of hygiene, it's all clean and it's pure vegetarian mess.
The daily routine is WAKE UP-GO TO COLLEGE-COME BACK HOME. The quality is good and method of teaching is also good. The overall experience of the college is also good.
The B.tech annual course fee is INR 2,80,000 and not less than that under any circumstances. I don't know what's wrong with this website makers and how can they write stuff which even they are not sure of. Request to all the newbies to verify with the college about the fees structure.
Eligibility is 60% PCM and NPAT is the entrance exam. The cutoffs of any courses depend on the demand of course.
There are various clubs in our college. There is one main event called the 'Vaayu' fest. The college life is good and not that stressful. It's just that there's no campus life as such.
The undergraduate courses are limited to only 2 floors in the opposite building of the actual nmims building. Infrastructure is not at all good and not worth the fees being paid.
Every day, there are 4 lectures an hour long with half an hour of a break after the first two lectures. The faculty is really good and encouraging.
The fees for each course is INR 2.5 lakhs per annum. There aren't any scholarships as such.
The college offers internships after the completion of the 2nd year. It encourages any internship the student wants to participate in on his or her own. The placement cell of the college is commendable. The companies come looking for majorly 2 fields - marketing and finance. The highest salary would be around INR 11 lakhs, the lowest being INR 2.5 lakhs and the average being INR 5 lakhs.
My college offers 3 undergraduate courses namely BBA, BSc finance, and BCom. To get into any of the three the student has to get through their entrance exam named NPAT and has to have a minimum of 60% in his/her 12th board results.
Students attend lectures for an average of INR 5 to INR 6 hours daily. Teaching here is good quality, mostly.
College can be quite expensive that way. The fee is around INR 2L per annum. Loans can be availed if students don't have enough funds.
The advantage here is that being in the heart of Mumbai, students here have early and easy access to the recruiters. Getting internship here wouldn't be very difficult, but managing an internship with college schedules will be.
One has to take CLAT( Common Law Admission Test) to be eligible to get an admission in the university. The score should be above 105-110 to secure a safe spot. However, the score criteria are subjective. All India Rank below 4000 is required.
Student societies are in abundance. The main festival is VAAYU College life, in general, is manageable here. There is a mix of partying and studying.
There are few hostels owned by the college but PGs are available. Hostel fee is about RS.20000 per month. PGs are costly but less expensive than hostels. Food is good, a meal would cost about Rs.50 Classrooms are air-conditioned and have a computer and projector.
Class timings are 12-4:30 for the first year students and 7:30-12 for second and third-year students. Academics are manageable as the course is not very tough. Quality of teaching is above average. Method of teaching is through PPTs and sheets for practical subjects. Overall experience is not that good because of 80% attendance rule which they take very seriously.
The placement rate is very low, must be about 10% and Avg. The package is around Rs.3 Lakh - Rs4 Lakh.
For admission there are two criteria, you have to clear the NPAT(admission test) and have studied maths and cleared it in your 12th boards.
There is hostel facility and generally, student prefers to stay in PG. The hostel is good with fine food and facilities.
Course fees are about INR 18k per semester and if you pay at once it gets reduced to INR 15k per semester. Never heard of any scholarship programmes.
Eligibility Criteria is graduation plus a minimum of 2 years of working experience. I didn't take any entrance examination for admission. Course lecture is really very rich in content and teaching methods are excellent. Exams are tough and it requires intensive study to clear.
