Muzaffarnagar Medical College (MMC), established in 2006 by the Fateh Chand Charitable Trust, aims to advance medical education and healthcare under the leadership of Shri Gaurav Swarup, Shri Sanjay Gupta, and Shri Raghav Swarup. Located on a 25-acre campus along the Delhi-Dehradun National Highway, the institution fosters a peaceful, academic environment equipped with modern facilities.

Initially affiliated with CCS University, Meerut, MMC started with 100 MBBS seats, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) in 2011. Over time, the intake expanded to 150 seats in 2017 and further to 200 in 2023. The college now offers MBBS, MD, MS, and DM courses in various specialties, including Cardiology.

The campus includes administrative and academic blocks with air-conditioned lecture halls, separate common rooms, and a medical education unit. Clinical and pre-clinical departments are well-equipped as per NMC guidelines. Facilities such as a 1.5 Tesla MRI, 16-slice CT scan, mammography, DSA, Cath Lab, and IVF center enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities. The hospital supports advanced procedures like laparoscopic surgeries, joint replacements, and spinal operations, alongside routine treatments.

MMC’s emergency services operate 24/7, featuring advanced imaging and ambulance facilities. Accredited for postgraduate programs since 2021, it is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, for MD, MS, and DM courses. • Duration: 5.5 years (includes 1-year rotatory internship)

Application Process

• MBBS, MD/MS, DM: Admission via NEET scores.

Muzaffarnagar cutoff 2022 is yet to be released. The university provides admission for UG and PG courses which are based on NEET UG and NEET PG. Candidates applying for MBBS, and MS/ MD courses are required to qualify in NEET UG, and NEET PG respectively to seek admission. The College accepts NEET UG and NEET PG exams.
