Candidate looking to apply for Muzaffarnagar Medical College [MMC] admissions 2025 needs to have achieved the age of 17 on or before the 31st December of the academic year 2025.

• Candidates under the age of 25 as on the date of the examination are eligible to apply.

• There is a relaxation of 5 years on the age bar for reserved category candidates.

• Aspiring candidate must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-Technology and English.

• Candidate must have also scored a minimum of 50% marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

• The cutoff for reserved category candidates is reduced to 40% and 45% for candidates from the General-PH category (General category locomotors disability for lower limbs).

• Candidates who are appearing for the [10+2] examination in 2025 can also apply provisionally subject to the furnishing of proof.

• All admissions for the MBBS course are done based on the marks obtained from the NEET 2025.

• Candidates must register and appear for the NEET-2025 exam.

• Fees and Documents Submission Letter from an appropriate Authority of Nodal Centre (S.M.M.H Medical College, Saharanpur).

• High School Mark sheet & Certificate as proof of date of birth.

• Intermediate Mark sheet & Certificate.

• Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate from previous college.

• Character Certificate.

• Copy of Allotment Letter (as downloaded).

• Admit Card and NEET Score Card 2025.

• Proof of Online Registration.

• Printout of candidate’s state merit placement.

• Student’s & Parent’s Affidavit of Anti-ragging.

• Fifteen – Passport size coloured Photographs of the student.

• One – Passport size coloured photograph of each of Father, Mother and Local Guardian.

• Ten self-addressed envelopes (size: 5” × 10”) duly affixed postage stamps of Rs.40/- on each envelope.

• Copy of Aadhar Card.

• Copy of Domicile Certificate.

• Copy of Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC).

• Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination of the undergraduate degree in Medicine to be eligible for the Master of Surgeries course.

• The eligibility of the candidate is based on the norms set for the NEET PG-2025 exam.

• All admissions for the MS course is done in accordance with marks obtained in NEET PG 2025.

• Candidates must register and appear for the NEET-PG 2025 exam.

• Identification certificate mentioned in the application form.

• Fifteen - Passport Size Coloured Photographs of student.

• One - Passport size coloured photograph of each of Father, Mother and Local Guardian.

• A Bond on Rs. 100 stamp paper is to ensure that in case the student leaves the seat after the second/ final counselling or at any time during the course of study, leading to a loss of the seat, then the candidate will deposit the total amount of tuition fees of the course to college.

• Appear for the National Level Entrance Examination for the course.

• Once the results are out, follow the online counselling process for the respective examination.
