Placements & Internships : Placement of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad is much better than other colleges. Training and Placement Office(TPO), MNNIT Allahabad is responsible for conducting all recruitment related activities of the institute. The integral part of the TPO is a team of student coordinators from all courses of the college who work tirelessly to ensure that top notch opportunities are brought to the students & manages all interactions between the visiting companies and the college. It works round the clock to improve the placements and internships statistics of the college. TPO,MNNIT assures the best facilties and support possible to the recruiting companies.  MNNIT Alumni Management System provides a neat way of finding co-learners, based on various search criterias. Since it provides a complete database search approach, it can even be used to send mass mailers, bulk SMS to everyone in the database or a group based on a specific search criteria. This helps in organising alumni events and ensure maximum participation. On request the database can also be extended to mark more flags, so that alumni of a specific zone, or some other custom criterias can be easily traced. The system is unique in terms of its multi filter and sort capability.The institute has long had a proud tradition of consistently churning out students who go on to become world renowned engineers, entrepreneurs, scientists, professors and industry leaders.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad has a Central Library which has a collection of nearly 1,04,382 books and bound periodicals. It subscribes 53 Indian and 237 International technical periodicals. It also subscribes 11 newspapers (04 Hindi 07 English) and 17 popular magazines on different topics.  The Institute has a Computer Centre which is connected to Internet through 50 Mbps BSNL and 50 Mbps Airtel , 1 Gbps NKN lease line. Server room has 7 different servers of different specifications & computational power. Students have access to about 350 computers equipped with latest hardware and software specifications. Parallel computing laboratory with Param 10000 Super computer, Param 8000, Computer Vision Robotics Laboratory with all suitable peripherals and software needed for the vision system have also been established. The college encamps different departments which not only help in the smooth functioning of the academic activities but also provide the budding technocrats with the latest laboratory facilities for their technical upliftment and development of professional traits. Each department provides various lab facilities for the practical as well as research purpose. The Design Center , established under the INDO-UK REC project, conducts R & D and consultancy activities in the area of CAD /CAM, PCB Design, Image Processing and Vision Systems, Robotics, Air Pollution Control & Structural Testing etc. The center is equipped with 24 no. of Pentium PC/AT’s networked together with 2 servers. Besides these there are other high precision equipments. TRANSPORT-: Use of Motorized vechicles (2-4 Wheelers) by Students in MNNIT Allahabad Campus is Banned with effect from 21.07.2011. Facilities-: Bus facility is provided to students from Institute to Civil Lines on all week days. Buses are also provided for education tour of students. Bus facility is provided to wards of staff and faculty members to some select school on select route on subsidized rate. Vehicles are also provided for any official visit provided approved by the competent authority. Ambulance facility is free of cost student and for staff and faculty members it is on subsidized rate of Rs 5.00/km. Three full time drivers are there in vehicle section.

Academics & Faculty : Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad is an institute with total commitment to quality and excellence in academic pursuits. It was established as one of the 17th Regional Colleges of India in the year 1961 as a joint enterprise of Govt. of India & Govt. of UP, & was an associated college of University of Allahabad, which is third oldest university of India.The Institute now offers nine  B.Tech., nineteen M.Tech. Degree Programmes (including part-time), MCA, MBA, M.Sc. (Mathematics and Scientific Computing) and Master of Social work (M.S.W.) programmes and also registers candidates for the Ph.D. degree. The Institute has been recognized by the Government of India as one of the centres for the Quality Improvement Programme for M.Tech. and Ph.D.The Institute has a very progressive policy towards extending all possible facilities to its faculty members to acquire higher degrees and receive advanced training.
