Library: The central library has 1,22,670 volumes and bound magazines in its collection. It also has 14526 international e-journals, 7998 e-standards, and 29508 IEEE e-conference proceedings on its subscription list. Access to stacks is available to all members to assist all readers in picking the reading materials of their choice. The reading materials have been classed and catalogued using Dewey Decimal Classification and Anglo-American Cataloging Rules-II to keep the MNNIT Allahabad library up to date.

Computer Centre: The MNNIT Allahabad has a computer centre entirely responsible for making computational facilities available to all members. Email, Web, DNS, FTP, Internet access, HPC, and other services are available round the clock. For all campus users, the computer centre also provides a variety of advanced and special-purpose applications.

Hostel: The MNNIT Allahabad hostel offers accommodation facilities to males and females. It has seven boys and two girls hostels. The boys hostel has a capacity of 1800 (1044 single seated rooms and 252 triple seated rooms), while the females hostel has a capacity of 145. Messes at hostels are run on a no-profit, no-loss premise. Under the supervision of wardens, the messes are overseen by nominated student representatives. International students have their own mess called the international mess. Non-vegetarian food is also served in a mess. The MNNIT Allahabad hostel facilities include washing machines, freezers, computers, and internet access. A PCO booth is also operational on the premises of the ladies' dormitory.

Transport: MNNIT Allahabad campus offers buses for educational tours. Staff and faculty members children are given subsidised bus transportation. On a fee basis, vehicles are supplied to staff and faculty members for pick-up and drop-off at the railway station, bus stop, and airport. The ambulance service is free for students, and it is subsidised at Rs 5 per km for staff and professors.

Bank: All students and employees have access to banking facilities on campus, including an ATM.
