Mar Ivanios College offers modern amenities for a better learning experience. The campus is equipped with a computer centre, hostel, animal house, etc. Some of the highlighting features of the Mar Ivanios College infrastructure are cited below.

Chapel and Prayer Hall

• Mar Ivanios College, as a catholic minority college, features a lovely chapel for the benefit of faculty and students. 
• On all first Fridays, the holy mass is held in the chapel. 
• The chapel is also open to any member of the Ivanios family who wants to spend time in solitude and prayer, regardless of religious views.

Hostels

• St. Alphonsa (managed by Sacred Heart Sisters) and MTTC (run by SIC sisters) Hostels for girls, and St. Thomas Hostel (run by Fathers) for boys, are the three approved hostels in the college. 
• There are 500 girls and 150 boys that can stay in these hostels. Mar Ivanios College hostels strive to provide students with structured training and lodging. 
• They also have strong security measures in place to ensure the safety and security of the students.

Animal House

• Mar Ivanios College has an animal house available to help with teaching, training, and research in Experimental Pharmacology, which is still in its early stages.
• Qualified veterinarians and technical professionals are always on hand to assist with research and ensure that it is carried out to comply with the CPCSEA's requirements.

Instrumentation Centre

• The Mar Ivanios College campus area has an instrumentation centre with a larger number of research instruments. 
• Mar Ivanios College UG, PG, PhD students, and many other staff members and students from adjacent colleges and research organisations use the instrumentation facilities. 

Green House

• The green conservatory protects the plants from harsh exterior climate conditions and illnesses while providing an appropriate growth habitat for our pupils. 
• It houses various plants ranging from lower flora algae to higher angiosperms, including orchids. There is also a pond where hydrophytes are conserved.
• The green conservatory aids in plant research and conservation. We have a diverse assortment of plants, from lower flora algae to higher angiosperms, including orchids. In addition, a pond has been built in the Green Conservatory to conserve hydrophytes.

Computer Centre

• Mar Ivanios College facilities include 248 computers for academic use and approximately 30 PCs for administrative use. 
• Almost all departments have computer laboratories that are completely networked via Ethernet LAN and Wi-Fi. 
• There are 50 ICT-equipped classrooms, including eight with interactive smart boards. 
• In both academic and administrative areas, the college is committed to implementing 100 percent e-governance.

Rain Water Harvesting

• The Mar Ivanios College campus has a water harvesting centre. 
• It is a 200-acre campus with multiple water sources, including dug wells, open ponds, bore wells, and municipal water supplies. 

Facilities for Differently Abled

• They can readily access classrooms, laboratories, restrooms, and other facilities thanks to the infrastructure that has been built. 
• Mar Ivanios College has launched an IT-based skill development programme for PwD students in partnership with 'Insight'. 
• A computer lab with ten systems is equipped with specialised software, allowing students to practise at their leisure with the assistance of a lab assistant. 
• Wheelchairs, ramps, accessible special toilets, tarred/concrete road network, nursing assistance, and screen reader like the JAWS (Job Access With Speech) facility are available for differently-abled students.
