A Regional Emergency and Trauma Center is working under Mahatma Gandhi Hospital for the victims of road accidents and emergencies. This is the first trauma centre in the state which is approved by the Govt. of Rajasthan which deals with medico-legal cases including road traffic accident and post mortem under the Dept. of Forensic Medicine of MGUMST. It also provides a  well-equipped Advanced Life Support 24x7 Ambulance services with quality pre-hospital emergency care during transport of seriously ill and injured patients. 

The Hospital has an Economy general ward with a dormitory of 20-30 Beds. The Wards have Nursing Care, Free Consultation, Pantry and Intercom facility. The MGM Hospital has a NABH Accredited Blood Bank which organizes blood donation drives and camp to voluntarily collect blood to issue the right component to the patient.
