The Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, [MGMCH] Jaipur courses include MBBS, MD/MS and Super Speciality in the field of Medicine. It provides thrust for creating a rather new education in medical sciences. It also launches Para Medical and parallels medical courses of different kinds ranging from M.Sc./B.Sc. to University Advanced Certificate Courses as a part to develop the College as an Institution of excellence.

MGMCH, Jaipur UG Admission 2024

At the undergraduate level, the college offers the MBBS degree. This is a 5 year programme which entails 4 years and 6 months of study followed by 1 year of compulsory rotary internship.

Eligbility criteria for admission to MBBS is-

• Pass in 10+2 level of study with PCB combination / Biology and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, or equivalent from any recognised Board/University
• Valid NEET score

Postgraduate courses offered by the college include MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery) degrees. For admission to postgraduate courses at the college, candidates must have completed all 5 and a half years of MBBS training from any recognised Board/University. MD/MS postgraduate courses are for a duration of 2 years.

Fellowship or Super Speciality programmes can be pursued by students of medicine as well as medical professionals to enhance their expertise in their respective fields. The college offers the Doctorate of Medicine [DM] degree towards this, and a choice of 5 different super specialization subjects to choose from. Following are the subjects offered-

Admission to Super Speciality courses in medicine requires students to meet certain eligibility criteria, they are as follows-

• Candidates must have completed their MS/MD/PG Diploma degree in any specialization. The same subject must be pursued for Ph.D as well. 
• Valid score in NEET-SS entrance examination, or equivalent
• For admission to Ph.D course at MGMCH, Jaipur, students can also appear for the entrance exam conducted by the Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology [MGUMST].
  Entrance examination application form can be downloaded from the official website of MGUMST, Jaipur.
  A fee of INR 2,000/- must be paid by candidates when applying for the exam.
