MGIMS Wardha fee for MBBS is INR 9.45 Lakh. It is the total fee for the course. 3.04 Lakh is to be submitted at the time of admission to the UG course at the institute. Similarly, the MGIMS Wardha fees for MD is INR 3.64 Lakh. It includes admission fees, development fees and hostel fees. At the time of admission, students must pay INR 26,000.

Admission to MGIMS Wardha is through the counselling process conducted after students clear the NEET. During the counselling process, students can opt for MGIMS Wardha and then be required to pay the admission fee. The admission fees and other MGIMS Wardha fees at the time of admission are submitted only through Demand Draft.
For on-roll students, MGIMS Wardha fees are paid through Netbanking or NEFT/RTGS only.
