JIMS Kalkaji placements have demonstrated remarkable success in the campus placements for PGDM and PGDM-IB programmes over the last few years. JIMS New Delhi Placement Process

JIMS New Delhi has an elaborate placement process to ensure its students get placed. The Career Management cell conducts Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) to allow the companies to get better acquainted with their prospective recruits. The students are then shortlisted in the Aptitude/GD to go for the personal interview as most companies conduct their own tests as part of the recruitment process. The Recruiters share the results of the Final Placements with the Career Management Cell, JIMS New Delhi which is further communicated to the selected students. The internship opportunity offered to JIMS New Delhi helps them find effective insights and provides them with a real-time job scenario. In 2022-24 SIP, more than 65 companies visited the campus and offered opportunities in diverse areas such as Banking and Financial services, HR, FMCG and IT amongst others. The highest stipend offered was INR 25,000 and the average stipend offered was INR 12,000.
