IIM Shillong PhD programme is a full-time course spanning over six terms. The course covers Data and Business Modelling, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Information Systems & Business Analytics, Marketing Management and Statistics for Decision Making.

IIM Shillong PhD Eligibility Criteria

IIM Shillong PhD eligibility criteria include a Master’s Degree with 55% aggregate. Students who have completed CA or CS/ICWA with a B.Com degree and scored 55% can also apply for admission. Similarly, students who have completed their B.Tech with a CGPA of 6.5 are also eligible for application.

IIM Shillong PhD Admission

IIM Shillong PhD admission 2023 will start with entrance exams like CAT/ GMAT/ GRE or JRF. The subjects of JRF-NET depend on the choice of subject for the doctoral courses. Personal interview follows the submission of the application. Candidates who have completed the full-time two-year PGDM program in any IIMs or Executive PGDM from IIM Kozhikode need not appear for qualifying exams.

• Visit IIM Shillong's official website.
• Choose PhD admission from the drop-down option when you go to admission.
• For the PhD Application Form, click on Online form completion.
• If the candidate's computer is set up with a mail client, they can submit the form by selecting "Submit Form" from the drop-down menu.
• The "Submit Form" button will enable the candidate to save the form.
• You must submit two print copies if you apply to two different areas.
• Pay the INR 1500 (general) or INR 1000 (SC/ST/PWD) application fee.
• After you've submitted the online form, print it off.

Entrance Exams

For admission to IIM Shillong PhD, students must appear for the GMAT/GRE/CAT/GATE/NET-JRF (UGC/CSIR) + PI and be accepted with these mentioned entrance exams.

IIM Shillong PhD Fees 

IIM Shillong PhD course is a 3-year doctoral program offered to students. This course is offered in various specializations too. However, there is no tuition fee for PhD courses. IIM Shillong provides a stipend of INR 30,000 to all doctoral candidates.
