Academics & Faculty : Our class starts at 9 am and ends at 2.15 pm. And before every semester we will get two assessment tests for internals and they also enable students to do seminars and presentations and assignments for internal assessment. The quality of teaching is very good in our college. My overall experience in my college is that I like everything about my college on both extra curricular activities as well as learning experience.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Our college provides wider scope for Economics department. It is the largest department in our college so anyone can apply for Economics department in ethiraj college and there is no eligibility criteria. The maximum cutoff is 150 to 200 out of 400. Even the students who studied science in higher secondary education can also apply for Economics.

Placements & Internships : Our College provides various job opportunities through placement. There are many company offers in our college like Accenture, McKinsey, Barclays, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Fees & Scholarships : For aided the fee is below 10k per year including exam fee and semester fee and for self supporting it may cost high according to the department and they provide scholarship every year. Everyone in our college gets scholarship.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 blocks for hostel in my college and i exactly don't know about the fee structure of the hostel and the pgs and other hostel near my college are quite good and affordable. The food in our canteen is hygienic and tasty but the price is moderately high. The quality of classrooms and other infrastructure are good in my college.

Clubs & Associations : There are various clubs in my college like Rotaract, youth red cross, NSS, NCC, Enterpreneurship cell, community service scheme, red ribbon club, etc. Our college also provides various certificate courses. The major cultural events in our college is aarambh and maithiri, srishti, Rhapsody, etc. College life is great and I enjoyed a lot in my college days.
