The eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Civil Engineering is through JEE mains and JEE advanced scores. Students interested in joining any engineering course need to qualify for JEE Main or JEE Advanced or any one of it. After the declaration of the results, the selected candidates are called for document verification such as 10th and 12th board certificates, residency proof, result sheet obtained in JEE Main or Advanced. After the document verification procedure, the selected candidate would be directed to the college for the payments for the 1st year. And finally, you get enrolled in the Bachelor's degree course irrespective of the branch.
The typical cutoffs vary every year depending upon the number of students who qualify and the difficulty level of the exam. Briefly, the cutoffs lies between 90-100 of 360 for general candidates, 50-60 of 360 for reserved candidates. Recently this year the exam pattern has changed for JEE Main 2021 having total marks of 400.
Eligibility is 12th pass during the application of entrance exam. OJEE Odisha jee entrance exam 480.
