CMR Life Skills Institute, Bangalore is one of the CMR Group of Institutions. The institute is the training arm of the CMR Group. CMRLSI comprises over 20 schools and colleges, 20000 students and 2500 teaching and non-teaching staffs. The institute provides life skill teaching all the students, teachers and staffs in the CMR Group of Institutions.

Students:

CMR Life Skill Institute trains the students on communication skills, soft skills, aptitude skills and finishing school skills. All the life skill teaching are a part of their academic work to improve their employability and to enable their smooth transition from academic to the corporate world.

Teaching Staff:

CMRLSI trains the teaching staff on classroom management, using innovative techniques with the use of technology to 'chalk & talk' and to succeed in teaching 'Gen-Y' are areas of focus along with a view to improve the teaching of fraternity.

Non-Teaching Staff:

The institute trains the administrative and non-administrative staff with the goal to motivate them to reach their highest potentials in all the areas of work, accounts, admissions, stores, transport, hostel and so on.

CMR Life Skills Institute offers courses for the development of soft skills, classroom management and to motivate all the students and staff to reach their full potential. Below listed are the courses offered by CMRLSI.

CMRLSI ELEPP:

English Language Enhancement Preparatory Program provides quality language training even to the speakers of other languages from various backgrounds and needs to communicate effectively and proficiently. All the participants undergo an intensive English Curriculum which helps to attain the required standard to pursue further academic and professional programs. The course id of 5 levels and is intended for students of all backgrounds. ELEPP enables the students to develop an accurate style of English pronunciation. Course duration is for 8-12 weeks of classroom instruction and access the proficiency of the student in all four areas of communication i.e. listening, speaking, reading and writing.

CMRLSI ELIP:

English Language Immersion Program is offered for young learners who are in school. The course enhances the young learner's abilities to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language. English Language Immersion Program helps the learners for success in the future for higher English courses. Students will undergo 2-4 weeks of classroom instruction in 3 levels. CMR Life Skills Institute offers a participant certificate on the completion of the course.
