Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility for diploma in hotel management and catering science is after the completion of your 10th standard or 10+2. There is no entrance exam for this course, so one can walk into the office and get their admission done. the cutoff for this course is minimum 55% in 10th or +2 or any equivalent.

Placements & Internships : Internships here are given based on our skills and our knowledge. our batch will be having internships in the month of december 2021. We can get placed in well known properties such as OBEROI, TAJ, HILTON, MARRIOT etc . The average salary in the initial stage is less. but increases as one gets experienced. Around 50% of the students are getting placed in 5 star properties. The alumi network is very good. We have a very good exposure here.

Fees & Scholarships : Rs. 72,000 is the course fee per year at Chennai Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management, [CAIIHM] Bangalore. There are different fees for different courses. If the student has scored 90 and above in the previous semester, has 100% attendance and had good attitude toward the faculty , they get 50% deduction in the fees. around 20% students get scholarship. Yes, loans are available, students are even eligible to do part time work and pay their fees.

Academics & Faculty : The college starts at 9:30 am and ends at 12:45 pm. Unit tests are conducted every month and semester final exams are conducted once the sem ends. Each class is of 45 minutes. The faculties here are very professional and the method is teaching is done by power point presentations and white boards. The educational experience at the college was amazing.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is no hostel facility available for the students. The college campus is surrounded by many PGs for girls and boys.  There is no food availability in the college. we have to cook food in the practical classes and then we can have it. The classrooms are big and have an A/C in them. There are 4 kitchens, 2 housekeeping labs, 2 front office labs, 2 restaurants , 1 computer lab for the practical classes.
