The institution has been established in 2002 in Guwahati, Assam. Brahmaputra Institutions are promoted by Geanjyoti National Foundation, Guwahati. The college provides job-oriented programs to the pupils for improving the professional area of the North-Eastern part of India. The institution offers quality education by providing courses of Bachelor degree, Post Graduate degree and Diploma level to produce professional resources in the region. The college has good teaching faculty along with infrastructure which enhances the learning process. The college is approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD] and affiliated with Assam Science and Technology University [ASTU] and Annamalai University, Cuddalore.

Course	Eligibility
B.Sc	The candidate should have completed 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Science subjects of the relevant stream.
MA	The candidates must have completed Graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized University.
MBA	The candidates must have completed Graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized University.
MSW	The candidates must have completed Graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized University.
M.Sc	The candidates must have passed B.Sc in the relevant subject with 50% marks in aggregate.
Diploma	The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board.
Post Graduate Diploma	The candidates must have passed Graduation from a recognized University.
