 Bhavan's Leelavati Munshi College of Education (BLMCE) is situated in New Delhi. It has been established in 2016 with the recognition of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. 

The college has dedicated and professionally qualified faculty and guest faculty with the best of credentials and publications in the field ensuring a good teacher-student ratio and rich experience for the students. The college infrastructure is as per the requirements of NCTE and GGSIPU norms. The college has a Library consisting of good titles ranging from reputed national and international publications. Admission to the courses is online.

The Bhavan's Leelavati Munshi College of Education offers courses to promote elementary education. The college offers UG courses in education. The college offers B.Ed and D.El.Ed programs. The college has 100 seats for the B.Ed course and 50 seats for D.El.Ed. Seat allocation is done by the affiliating university for all seats as the college has surrendered Management quota seats also to the students. Both B.Ed and D.El.Ed programs are for 2 years and have 4 semesters.

Seat allocation for the courses is done by the affiliated university for B.Ed and D.El.Ed course. Following is the process to follow to take admission the college:

• Students need to download the brochure and take the print out of that
• The form along with the declaration needed to be filled by the candidate
• Students need to produce self-attested copies of documents along with the form to the college office/DIET
• Students have to submit fees for the allocation of seats
• Candidates must appear for admission personally  along with fees to be paid at the allotted DIET/Institute at the date and time of admission
