Anurag University provides scholarships to meritorious students based on their academic achievements and performance in entrance exams. The university also provides fee concessions, scholarships, fellowships, and financial assistance to meritorious and economically backward students as prescribed by the governing body from time to time.
Merit based Scholarships
The Anurag University offers scholarships to meritorious candidates based on their academic performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. These scholarships will be automatically granted to students on admission or after the declaration of CET results by the Controller of Examinations, provided the student meets the continuation requirements.
- To be eligible for the scholarship, a student must maintain a CGPA of 8.0 or above and have no backlogs at the end of the previous semester/year.
- The scholarships provided to meritorious candidates on the basis of performance in the Anurag CET are as follows: 1-500 Admissions* - Free Branded Laptop (*Conditions Apply)

Apart from this, there are other scholarships provided to meritorious students such as:
- Differently abled students - examination fee waiver
- Toppers of each class - cash prize of Rs. 5000/-
- Branch topper - cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-
- Overall topper of the School - cash prize of Rs. 10,000/-
- Sri Palla Raghava Reddy Memorial Gold Medal - awarded to the topper of each School
Anurag University Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships
Furthermore, as per the Act, students admitted by the Convener Admissions, Govt. of Telangana, shall be awarded scholarships as per the following guidelines:
- Scholarships/tuition fee for SC & ST students will be awarded, for those students whose parental income is less than Rs. 2 lakhs per annum;
- Scholarships/tuition fee for BC, EBC & Minority students will be awarded, for those students whose parental income is less than Rs.1 lakh per annum;
- In addition to the above, students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% throughout their course to be eligible for the scholarship.
