Placements & Internships : Key companies start hiring from the 7th semester, Major companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini come do come. The placements for CSE and ISE is good, as a lot of IT companies come for recruitment. Average salary figures are INR 3.25 lakh per annum, and the highest is INR 7 lakh per annum, almost 50% of the students get placed. Internship programs are also available.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get enrolled in the CSE branch at Acharya one is supposed to have passed his/her 12th Board. Further, a student has to write KCET, COMEDK UGET entrance exams. Students even get admission through management quota. I got enrolled in this college through KCET. The typical cutoffs for CSE branch would be 70% in 12th Board and a rank above 10,000 in CET.

Fees & Scholarships : If a student gets through CET the course fee per annum ranges from INR 50,000 to INR 55,000, comet-k and management fee ranges from INR 1.5 lakhs to INR 1.95 lakh per annum. Scholarships options are available for students with minority quota(SC, ST or OBC).

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are separate hostels facilities for boys and girls. 2 boys hostels and 4 girls hostels and cottages(for girls, inside the hostel campus) are available, the hostel fee ranges from INR 1 to 1.25 lakh per annum including food and wifi. There are many PG options available near the college campus which costs around INR 7,000 to 8,000 per month including food. The hostel food is good, also there are many eateries around the campus. The classroom environment is good, there are 2 labs for each semester(except for 8th sem, where there are no labs). The library is big and has a good collection of books. Wifi is also available inside the case block. 

Clubs & Associations : The college fest is called Acharya Habba and it is HUGE, one of the biggest fest in Bangalore(includes cultural, tech and sports). Acharya has good sports team like basketball, throw ball, football, where the students take part in the VTU tournament. It also provides great cultural diversity. Life in Acharya is pretty chill, great campus, lots of good diversity.
