The College has an effective Training & Placement cell.

• The Placement cell organizes Personality Development and Soft skill development courses for students which helps them in improving interview skills, Industrial Interaction, communication skills, group discussions in writing bio data.
• The Placement cell organizes Guest Lectures & Seminars for students so as to improve their Interaction with the Industry & to make them know how the actual Industries operates.
• Database of companies of nearby industrial areas is created so that students can get jobs in their localities.
• Arranging of Campus Placement Drives & Pooled Campus Placement Drives.
• Communication of the job requirement is done to students through notices. Students have to do registration with the Placement Cell if they are interested in the job opening.
• We organize career orientation activities and guide students for various competitive examinations.
• The cell organizes lectures of peers from industries/government bodies and academic institutions which are popular among students.
• Self-employment: To facilitate students in self-employment and inculcating entrepreneurship qualities in them. Diwali Dhoom 2014 was organized by Training and placement cell for inculcating entrepreneurship qualities in students.
• The cell organizes Job Fair for college students as well as for Alumni of the college.
• Certificate course in Banking provide exposure in Banking and boost the employability in Banks and Co-operative Credit Societies.
• Certificate course in Japanese provide exposure in Japanese Language.
• Computer Literacy: Anticipating a greater role to be played by service industries the College organizes computer literacy courses.
