SPPU full form is Savitribai Phule Pune University. Under the Poona University Act, SPPU was founded in 1949. Savitribai Phule Pune University is rated 12th in India's best colleges by the NIRF 2022.

What is SPPU Full Form?

SPPU full form is Savitribai Phule Pune University or commonly known as UniPune. 

• SPPU provides UG, PG, Ph.D., PG Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate courses in almost all important areas, such as science, commerce, arts, engineering, management, and more. 
• SPPU also provides various UG and PG distance learning besides regular courses. 
• Merit-based or entry exam-based admission is available for both undergraduate and graduate programs at SPPU.

SPPU Selection Process

The SPPU admission procedure differs depending on the course and level of study. The following is an outline of the standard procedure for all graduate and bachelor degrees at SPPU:

• Step 1 - Candidates must visit the institution's website or in person for enrollment. 
• Step 2 - After registering, applicants must complete the web application form with personal and academic information. 
• Step 3 - The next step is for applicants to submit their registration money online.  
• Step 4 - Certain courses require an entrance test from SPPU or other approved bodies.
• Step 5 - Candidates who pass the entry test are approached for counseling. Candidates must bring score papers, certificates, and IDs for verification during counseling.
• Step 6 - Candidates offered a seat must pay the course fee and submit the documents required after counseling.
