Karnataka NEET PG Merit List 2025: Dates, Eligibility, Cutoff

The Karnataka NEET PG merit list 2025 is going to be released on the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Candidates will be able to get the NEET PG 2025 scorecard with login information in or around Sep 2025.

The Karnataka NEET PG merit list 2025 consists of the names of candidates who qualified for the NEET PG 2025 examination. Students who get their names in the Karnataka NEET PG merit list 2025 and have applied for PG Medical Courses 2025 will be able to register their options online through the online website.

Once the NEET PG Counselling is completed, students will be able to join the desired course in Sep (tentatively).

Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka NEET PG Admission 2025

After knowing the important dates for the Karnataka NEET PG merit list 2025, students must check the eligibility criteria for counselling.

The following pointers are the criteria the candidates must meet to be eligible for admission through Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025. 

• Candidates must have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the NEET PG 2025 examination.
• Candidates must have pursued the UG medical programmes (MBBS/BDS) in the institutions of Karnataka.
• MCI or NMC recognised degree (MBBS/BDS) certificate.
• Must have completed the 12-month rotatory internship before 13 July 2025.
• Candidates must be registered members of the NMC or SMC and possess proof of the same.
• Indian nationality. 

NOTE - Candidates who have completed the MBBS degree from an institute outside Karnataka but have studied in the state for 10 years, including class X or XII, can also apply for the counselling of Karnataka NEET PG counselling.

NEET PG Cutoff 2025

The cutoff is the minimum required marks that candidates must have scored in the NEET PG 2025 examination to qualify and be eligible for PG medical programmes.

Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025

Students who get their names in the Karnataka NEET PG merit list are eligible for the counselling round. KEA will conduct the Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 for admission to 50% of the state quota seats and 100% of the private college seats.

The Karnataka NEET PG counselling will have two main rounds, followed by a mop-up round in case vacant seats remain. The qualified candidates of NEET PG must register for Karnataka NEET PG counselling online.

The following are the steps to be followed for registration.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the counselling conducting authority, KEA.
• Step 2: Select the relevant link available for Karnataka NEET PG counselling application/registration
• Step 3: Login with the NEET PG credentials, fill out the details asked and submit the required documents.
• Step 4: Carefully choose the colleges and programmes you wish to get admitted to
• Step 5: Pay the registration fee through any one of the given payment methods
• Step 6: Submit the form and download a copy for further procedures.

NOTE: Changes can be made in choosing colleges and programmes as often as the candidates wish until the last date for locking the choices. Once the choosing window closes, candidates can’t change their choices.

Documents Required for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025

The following are the documents and testimonials the candidates need to possess during the admission and document verification processes of Karnataka NEET PG counselling. Any discrepancies concerning the documents will not be accepted.

Only those students are eligible for the document verification who get their names in the Karnataka NEET PG merit list 2025.

3. NEET PG scorecard
4. ID proof
5. MBBS mark sheets
6. MBBS graduation certificate
7. Certificate of compulsory rotatory internship completion
8. Certificate of MCU or SMC registration 
9. Challan copy
10. Reservation certificate (if applicable)
11. Compulsory Government service bond on a stamp paper of Rs 100 (Annexure 1)
12. Undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs 200, stating that the candidate will serve under the state government of Karnataka for a period of three years
13. Undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs 20 for the completion of the document verification process
14. Eligibility Certificate (for candidates who have graduated from an institute other than RGUHS)
15. Migration Certificate (for candidates who have graduated from an institute other than RGUHS)
