During this stage, they need to log in to their registered accounts on the official portal and select one of these choices:
- Choice 1: The candidate is content with the assigned seat and wishes to report to the designated college. He/she is looking to attend any other counselling round for further allotment of seats.
- Choice 2: Though the candidate is content with the allocated seat, he/she want to attend the next counselling round (for upgradation)
- Choice 3: The candidate is dissatisfied with the seat that is allocated to him/her and intends to surrender the seat. However, he/she wishes to attend any further counselling rounds of the Karnataka NEET PG counselling process.

In case the candidate goes for the first or second choice, it will be compulsory for him/her to join the allocated institute. If they fail to report to the institute within the specified duration of time, their seat will be blocked, and they will be required to pay the penalty.
Collecting the Admission Order
Candidates will be required to bring the original copies of all those documents that were uploaded at the time of the registration process. Once the online document verification process is completed, the colleges will issue admission letters to the candidates.
