Candidates who wish to get admitted to PG medical and dental colleges courses must meet the minimum criteria. The Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Origin: The candidate should be of Indian origin.
- Domicile: Candidates must be residents of Bihar or who are not permanent residents of Bihar but have qualified for MBBS from a recognised college of the state are also eligible.
- Degree: The applicant should have an MBBS degree from any medical/college/institution of Bihar recognised by the MCI.
- Age Limit: There is no maximum age limit.
- Registration Certificate: The candidate should have a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the Bihar State National Medical Council or the MCI.
- Internship: The candidate should have a certificate of the compulsory 1-year rotatory internship completed on or before July 31, 2025.
- Minimum Qualifying Percentile: The applicant must secure the NEET PG 2025 cutoff for admissions.

Registration
Candidates need to first register themselves by entering their basic details such as name, NEET PG roll number, date of birth, email ID, contact number, etc.
Personal Information
After successful registration and activation of the account, candidates will have to sign in again and fill in their personal information.
Upload Photo and Signature
Candidates will then have to upload their signature and photograph according to the specifications given on the Bihar NEET PG application form 2025.
Educational Information
Once the candidates are done uploading their photographs, they have to fill in their educational details.
Remote Experience
The next step is to enter the details regarding work experience as the Medical Officer in remote/complex areas. Candidates should also upload their work experience certificate issued by the authorised concerned authority if they have claimed a reservation for the Medical Officer employed in a remote /complex area.

All the filled-in details will be previewed on the screen. Candidates must check the details to ensure all are correct. Any required corrections can be made at this stage.
Payment of Counselling Fee
Candidates will have to pay the Bihar NEET PG counselling 2025 fee of INR 2,200, irrespective of the categories. The fee can be paid through online mode, e.g. credit card/ debit card/ net banking. The candidate should also pay the processing charge added to the counselling fee for online payment.
