- A lot of prestigious companies do come to recruit students in different colleges.
- Many companies also offer summer and winter internships for students to come and gain experience.
- A lot of companies like KPMG, Deloitte, IBM etc visit Hans Raj College for recruitment.
- Average salary figures lie between 4-6 lacs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Classrooms at Hans Raj College only have fans and pretty old tube lights.
- The windows are pretty dirty including the tables and chairs.
- During summers it becomes unbearable to sit in such classrooms and bear Delhi's heat.
- Even the tables and chairs are joint and there are long benches which make it uncomfortable for students to sit and attend classes.
- The classrooms are small in area as compared to the strength of the class.
Academics and Faculty
- Academically Hans Raj College has an excellent teaching faculty.
- The professors are very helpful and they are just a call away when you need them.
- Regular classes take place according to the timetable be it 8 40 in the morning or 1 45 in the afternoon.
Fees and Scholarships
- Delhi University is one such place where students from all backgrounds come and study together.
- The annual fees of all the colleges are quite less compared to the world outside.
- Hans Raj College fee for the entire course is pretty less and if we calculate it month wise it's around thousand rupee which is a very basic amount in today's world.
- Colleges do offer scholarships as well for students who are outstanding in academics.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Hello friends, I have graduated from Hansraj college with B.A. English ( Hons).I took admission in this college in 2012.since it's a Delhi university college so the admission procedure included two models during that time that is - direct admission( through cut-offs) and indirect( through entrance exam cate- combined aptitude test for English).In Hans raj, I got admission through direct mode as the cate was not compulsory to take admission into b.a. English ( Hons).For this program, the cut-offs very very high.for the general category, it was around 97℅ marks in class 12 plus 98 marks in English individually.for BBC, it was around 96℅ in class 12 plus 96 in English separately. And for sc/ st others it was 92℅ plus 90 marks in English .at that time the no. Of cut, offs issued for this course was around 4-5 in this college .the last cut off being 5 th one.n the cut off was :-general (admission closed till 3 rd cut off.) ,ABC( 85.5 in class 12 plus 94 in eng. Individually),sc/st(77 or 80 some
Academics & Faculty : College timings are 9:30 AM to 3 PM. We have a 7 period timetable. The quality and method of teaching is great and teachers are well trained and have a lot of knowledge. They also provide us with assignments to prepare for exams. Overall experience is great and i'm proud to be here.
Academics & Faculty : Overall academic experience is good. Classes are conducted regularly irrespective of the attandence. Faculty puts in lots of effort.
