I have completed my 4 months internship program from Siemens Ltd Gurgaon Haryana. There was no stipend because through reference I got this opportunity and still I am unplaced.
There are 5 hostels including M.tech hostel. Hostel fees per month is almost Rs. 2500. Food cost per meal is Rs. 40.
In WBJEE I got 95 out of 200. My time period of B.tech is 2015-2019.
Class timings are from 10:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Assignments are provided by our faculty almost regularly. My Project Name is Estimation of surface roughness with the help of artificial neural networks. Almost every faculty are from IIT and they deliver good teaching.
My course fee for Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] is 10,000 per year including registration fees at Kalyani Government Engineering College. Very few students get a scholarship. The scholarship is available only for SC and ST category students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria that one should hold to get an admission in our college is to hold the rank higher than 5000 in WBJEE exam for general category candidates and this will vary according to the caste category. There is nothing like cutoffs for the course but rank matters a lot as it is the 2nd ranking govt college in West Bengal after JU that a student can be admitted through WBJEE. HSC marks should be 60% marks.
