Fees & Scholarships : Yes, loans are needed to poor students for studying in NIT, Surathkal. No scholarships are not that easily available. However they are easily available to sc/st students.

Academics & Faculty : Daily class hour is of approx 6-8 hours . 10 hours per week on assignment. Quality and method of teaching is entirely different and best in my point of view. Overall experience is awesome in academic as well as in game section. One more benefit is beach on one side of college which makes it different from all and good for the refreshment of mind.
Academics & Faculty : Academic sschedule of the college is really good, considering all tests and assignments. Some of the teachers are really good and some are dumb doesnot know to teach properly.
