PLACEMENT WING Their is no placement taken for arts side. But placements are taken for vocational and science students. Many physiology students get placed every year. 9/10 INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES. No there is no internship. As we are art students, the college does not provide for an internship. The internships are available only for vocational and science courses.

HOSTEL FACILITIES The hostel facilities for both boys and girls are amazing. Boys studying graduation get single bed room. This, for me, was the best part. Apart from that, the hostel also has many facilities like the newspaper, drinking water. The washrooms are cleaned every day. The fee structure of hostel is also very affordable. Fees for a year is around INR 20-25 k. ALUMNI The alumni network of Fergusson college is very strong and this network is very helpful for the juniors especially those who belong to science branch. Senior students always help the junior students, especially in studies.

Generally, the cut-offs for science stream is less than arts stream..and the possibility for admission with average marks is not less.Yes, it might get delayed, but don't lose hope. Fill the forms, keep checking the website for cut offs. All the best! There is no entrance exam for art students to get admission in Ferguson college, Pune. Just more than 80% in 12th board exam is enough to get admission. I wanted to prepare for UPSC so I have taken admission as it is the best college. We also pay the fee for the exam to every term which is not more than I INR 800 rupees so there is no need for the student loan because the fee is so small.

FACULTY The faculty is good, interaction with the students is very good. The teacher tries to understand the problems of the students and does make changes in the schedule according to the students. The standard of the teaching is very good. Teachers are highly qualified and have a great knowledge in that field.

The theatre loving students in Fergusson is the dedicated group of students that practice and mold themselves to nurture stage acting and also various backstage specialties. Many leading actors who passed out from Fergusson today are on screen in many movies and television. And the tradition still continues!
