Placements and Internships
The college conducts several workshops related to the curriculum. Most of the top companies like Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini etc visit the college for campus placements. The average salary offered is INR 5LPA.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostels for girls and boys with gym, wifi, and sports. There are pgs available outside the college. The college has a canteen which serves good food.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The admission process is through Karnataka CET and Comed-K or even through management quota. I joined the college through KCET. For Electronics and communication engineering in JSSATE, the cut off is 6k ranking in CET
Academics and Faculty
The college works for 8 hours a day including lunch break and short break. The teaching is excellent. Overall experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
The college fee is around INR 30k per month. Yes, the college offers scholarships to students.
Clubs and Associations
The biggest fest of Bangalore is JSS VERVE. It is the best. We had Farhan Akhtar concert and we had Armaan malik concert this year.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college selects students from comedk entrance exams which are somewhat easy and one can get this college with average to good marks

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college is one of the many colleges which take COMEDK UGET as the entrance examination. To take up this entrance test one must have a 60 percent above marks in 12th/puc. After comedk exams the comedk counselling is arranged where seats open for several colleges and based on your rank you are given a priority to choose from all the seats available. Jssateb is one among the top 15 colleges seats are hard to get unless you have scored at least above average marks.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : For General merit it was around 10k CET cut off and 40k for admission, I took CET typical cutoffs is based on category, category 1 and sc/st will get a seat for 40k also and 2a - 30k and 3a, 3b for 20k
