College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
The college is very good in terms of studies, infrastructure, facilities. It has its very own ground station. It also has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. I have no idea regarding the PGs. The food quality of college canteen is good. It hardly takes 100 rs for you to feel full. The classrooms and good and well equipped with AVs, labs have all the necessary instruments, there is some Jio wifis in college. The college lacks air conditioning in classrooms.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Atharva college of engineering is affiliated to Mumbai University. Being affiliated to MU, it has to follow the eligibility criteria of MU for entrance exams. One needs to score above 50% in PCM of 12th state boards. JEE and MHT-CET are the engineering entrance exams for applying in this college. The cutoffs of the college are not much high, it is about 80-100 for CET and 50-70 for JEE MAINS. The college is very good in terms of studies, infrastructure, facilities. It has its very own ground station. It is the only college in Mumbai to have a swimming pool and also has a gymnasium. The placement records of the college are also good.
Academics and Faculty
9 am- 5 pm is the college timing. Projects and assignments are all as advised by the Mumbai University. The teaching quality is very good. The college experience is good and comfortable for studying.
Fees and Scholarships
Its fees are one of the lowest in Mumbai. The fees per annum range between INR 80k-90k. Reserved castes receive scholarships, 30% of students(approx) receive scholarships. Loans are generally not needed.
Clubs and Associations
CSI, EMBER, E-CELL, POL and many more clubs are working in college to help improve personalities of students. Rhythm, Ember week, Sports week is being conducted every year. One for all is the youngest initiative taken by our founder to honour the jawans of our nation. The college life is lit and is much above than what a student expects from a college.

Academics & Faculty : Faculty: There is a mixture of experienced and new faculties which keep changing often. If you can comprehend what they are trying to say then they are very helpful. Computers and IT students are pretty satisfied with their department. Elex and EXTC are not of the same opinion but are not completely against the respective dept. Having said that, students find their professors very friendly and doubts are always welcome with a smile. Lectures are conducted in English but some casual teachers prefer to teach in Hindi and Marathi, too. Attendance: Atharva College of Engineering is lenient in terms of attendance. Students having attendance below 60% are put into defaulters list and are made to write assignments. No strict action is known to be taken. Attendance is compensated if the student is participating in any event for the college.
Academics & Faculty : The college timings are from 9 A.M to 5 P.M . Assignments are given on a regular basis. Method of teaching is improving as the teaching faculties use new technologies like virtual classrooms and robotics lab. Overall i had a great experience in this college, it provides perfect blend of studies and extra curricular activities
