Placements and Internships
KIIT has a very nice track record when it comes to placements, most of the students get placed. The Average salary offered is around 4-5 lakhs
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are around 12 hostels for boys and 5-6 hostels for girls. Hostel fee starts from 21k to 75k per sem. Mess charge is 15k per sem.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
KIIT University conducts its own entrance exam known as KIITEE. I took it in 2017 and got 8004 Rank in General Category, it was enough to get Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
Academics and Faculty
Classes are from 8-11 and then from 11:20-2:20 or from 11-2 and 3-6. Teachers are nice and have good knowledge about the courses.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is a bit costly. It's 1.5lakh per semester. Loans from banks are easily available as banks come to the college on counseling day.
Clubs and Associations
KIIT is famous for its huge societies. Events are like our second routine apart from college. Most famous and important event is KIITFEST.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to apply for KIITEE, which is an entrance exam for admission in KIIT University, to get admission in any of the branches you want. The eligibility criteria for applying is you should be of science stream and should have secured at least 60 percent in 12th board examinations. If you want CS/ IT branch then you need to get in upto 4000 rank holders. apart from that, you can get in any electronics brank if your rank is up to 16000.
