Jalse Juliet's Review on Alliance University, [AU] Bangalore

For an internship, the Carrer advancement team of Alliance University provided a list of companies who were offering internships. Eventually, I got selected by GetmyUni for an internship with a stipend of 5000 as per performance. Placements for Alliance is top class as they provide well-known companies such as HCL, Amazon, Cadbury and many more. Usually with offers from 5 lakhs (INR) and more. 

There are 6 hostels which are operational, hostels are separate for girls and boys. Hostel fee for the semester is Rs 75000(INR)P.A. this includes food and laundry. Food provided by the cafeteria is vegetarian and non-veg food is served below the cafeteria. All classrooms provide a great study environment. The whole campus is provided with wifi, there is also a gym, One of the biggest libraries in Banglore, Also state of the art labs.

The admission process in Alliance University is an overall good experience, even before getting into the university new applicants are usually taken for a tour of the very big university area. The admissions team is very informative and lets the new student feel welcomed. Eventually, the admissions team will ask for the student to present his/her achievements (eligibility) as per the course that is offered. Also, a personal interview will be conducted by the head of the department. Entrance exams such as GMAT and CAT should be done by the entrance. Also, work experience is a plus for MBA admissions.

Academics is overall a good experience, class timings matter on the schedule given but usually, it is around 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Attendance is a priority in the education process where 15% is given to the final marks. The quality of Faculty is top class, with high experience and background knowledge on the subjects thought. Overall study experience is good. 

MBA fees at Alliance University, [AU] Bangalore are 13.5 lakhs(INR) for Indian Students, I being an NRI the fee is 15 lakhs(INR) P.A. Scholarship options are available based on scholar achievements.  

All departments have clubs formed and these clubs conduct various activities from quizzes, carnivals, sports tournaments. The life on campus is comfortable and good.
