Placements and Internships
I am in the first year so I know nothing about the internships. But my seniors have told me that there are many pre-placement offers and the average salary offered is about 4 lakhs which go up to 27 lakhs per annum. As Manipal is a very old established university we have a great alumni network.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are a total of 21 hostels and all of them provide good food and water. Hostel fee is INR 94500/- per annum including food. All labs, libraries, and classrooms are well-furnished, air-conditioned and WiFi services are available 24 hours.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Manipal University is situated in Udupi Karnataka. It is a good university, where you can explore as much as you want. For taking admission they conduct their own entrance called MU OET 2018, which is an online examination. You can select the date and time according to your convenience. It is definitely not as tough as JEE MAIN but not too easy also.
Academics and Faculty
Class timing is from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. All teachers are highly qualified and know a schematic manner of teaching. We have a lot of projects to do some in groups and few individual project.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is about 14.11 lakhs for 4 years in B.Tech. About 100 students get 100% scholarship and loans can be obtained easily.
Clubs and Associations
There are a lot of clubs few of them are robomanipal, aeromit, mars rover, and ada dramatics. There are technical and nontechnical both type of clubs. Every year there is sports fest in the college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : MU OET is the only exam considered in MIT, Manipal. Cutoff was around 115 out of 200 for mechatronics back in 2016

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission in Manipal is through mouet exam which is conducted by MIT itself and is independent of JEE Mains rank. The cutoff for each branch varies Like for CSE it's between 1 - 1500 rank And likewise for other branches. I took muoet to get into this college. it has three branches one in Jaipur one in Manipal and last in Sikkim which has its own recruitment test.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For entering Manipal Institute of technology you need to clear MUOET. They set a different cutoff for different branches. Mit is one of the prestigious colleges of India. I took MUOET for entering Mit along with that I gave BITSAT, JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED, VITEEE etc. The cutoff for my branch i.e Computer and communication engineering it was set around 118.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria are the basic PCM background. The entrance exam is fairly simple. 200 questions ( math, science, English) of easy to medium difficultly comprised the question paper. The average minimum varies from year to year, in 2014 it was 70+
