Shreyash Raj's Review on Manipal Institute of Technology, [MIT] Manipal University

The average package in our college is INR 5 lac per annum but the package varies with the courses. Many companies visit Manipal every year. Like previous year companies like Amazon, Citrix, Bosch, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes Benz, Oracle and a lot more.

There are 25 hostels each divided into different year groups and are separate for boys and girls The hostel's fees varies with the type of facilities one gets. Like for non AC, it is INR 1 lakh and with as it is INR 1.37 lakhs. The food is like every other college. It costs INR 46000 Per year.

The admission in Manipal is through mouet exam which is conducted by MIT itself and is independent of JEE Mains rank. The cutoff for each branch varies Like for CSE it's between 1 - 1500 rank And likewise for other branches. I took muoet to get into this college. it has three branches one in Jaipur one in Manipal and last in Sikkim which has its own recruitment test.

The class timings for first years are 8:00 am-12:30 pm lectures and 2:00 pm  - 5:00 pm labs and workshops .for internals we have 4 assignments and the last assignment is always a project. 

The course fee per year is INR 2.95 lakhs. Scholarship available are the sage scholarship and NRI scholarship Quite a sum of students get a scholarship. Usually, the resident of Karnataka the localities(for Manipal) gets the scholarships. Yes, given a large amount of fees loans are needed and can be easily availed from every bank.

There are 70 different clubs. Covering technical and cultural activities. The clubs are managed by students only and are elite in their respective fields.
