Placements and Internships

3.5

Had participated in Python workshop by Eduvance. Placements are huge for this college but competition is double the placement.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3.5

There are some hostels availed by the government and some hostels which are private. Food is delicious but the cost is higher. Quality of Classrooms, Labs, Libraries, dining halls, Wi-Fi and other key infrastructure is excellent.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

It was 70% minimum marks is required to get admission. I don't know about others. The procedure for my course was to apply online via cap round.

Academics and Faculty

5

Timings and routine are perfect and satisfy me except some teachers because everyone is not perfect Quality and method of teaching is really satisfying, I really like it except some teachers I hope the college will touch the sky soon if it will do the progress.

Fees and Scholarships

3.5

Course fee is around INR 138000 approx more or less and only for merit students and OBC students get a scholarship of government and also for economically backward class students.

Clubs and Associations

5

Iste, iete, ieee, csi, student council, and more are the councils we have. Verve is the main annual cultural event. Vidyalankar is a good place where teachers are taking huge efforts and if class repond then teachers will give their 100%

Academics & Faculty : Attendance is given utmost importance in Vidyalankar Institute of Technology.  Classes begin at 9AM and end at either 4:45PM or 5:45PM. If you pay attention in classes, you won't need to write notes at all.

Academics & Faculty : If you consider academics as your highest priority for selection of an engineering college, joining vidyalankar won't be a regretful decision for you. Daily routine is 9 to 5 ...typical office timings with occasional 9 to 6 a day or 2 in a week inclusive of one short and one long break. I personally find the schedule bit extensive as the break timing could have increased by 5 -15 mins more especially long break. Mostly teachers complete 60-70% portion however depending on the students ' interest teachers keep sharing knowledge out of books relating to recent technologies. Quality of teaching is really good and notes are also provided sometimes for better understanding. method of teaching is quite interactive and teachers are also available after hours if you need help for extra projects or those that are assigned already. Labs are available after hours up to 8 pm on request and also on off days if students are interested in using the lab. This system of making labs available to stud
