I have done an internship as a marketing and sales officer at Lough out loud ventures with stipend INR 10000. The key companies are E&Y GBS (Audit assistant), Concentrix (BPO, Accounting ), IDBI bank (marketing internships as well as jobs), Deloitte (audit tax assistant) etc. The average salary offered is INR 3 lakhs per annum. Generally, the average percentage of students that got placed every year is about 10 to 20%.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

There is no hostel facility for the students in the college. The students will have to reside outside like PG's or flats. The average rent that is charged from students is INR 5000 to 8000 per month. The college has a canteen which provides various meals to the faculties, staffs as well as students at a very reasonable cost of INR 30 to 40 per meal. The classrooms are well ventilated and very spacious. There are 2 computer labs and a library with 3000 to 4000 books. The college also provides internet facility to their students via Wi-Fi connectivity in the college.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

The college releases various cutoffs for different categories. Those who meet the cutoffs can take admissions in the college. There is no entrance examination for the UG programme as the university releases merit list. Generally, the college starts with 95% for commerce stream and hardly touches 90% for general category.

Academics and Faculty

5

The college has a very wonderful routine with no hectic work schedule. There are various projects, exams and assignments which a student has to complete. The college offers an excellent teaching faculty for different streams. The teachers are very cooperative. The teachers use unique teaching methods to implicate the students. Although the college has no better infrastructure. the teaching faculty is awesome. The college has various cells or societies for the promotion of cultural activities like ECell, The crunks (dance society), The Bandwagons (fashion society), The Sage (debate society), The Enactus ( entrepreneurship team) etc. The overall experience in the college is very fantastic and we made a bunch of wonderful moments there.

Fees and Scholarships

5

The college fee is INR 5,000 for commerce (B.Com) at Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi University, New Delhi. The college offers scholarships to various students like to backward class students. The college supports every student to take admission who meet the cutoffs. The college offers scholarships to 30% of the students in every batch. Truly saying that there is no need to avail any loan in respect of payment of college fee. The loan can be availed by Canara Bank.

5

There are various societies like Ecell, The crunks (dance society), The Bandwagons (dance society), The Sage (debate society), The Enactus (entrepreneurship team), The commerce society etc for the promotion of various activities and encourage the students to show their talents.
