Academics & Faculty : Biotech faculty has 2 to 3 permanent teachers. The rest are appointed on lecture or contract based. However this does not impact the quality of education. The daily routine is monotonous until the third year when groups are made for project work. The overall experience is rarely that of tension. The teachers in my time were pretty young and amicable.
