Placements and Internships
- I am in my second semester thus I have not done any internships but my college has a great placement record since 3 last years.
- The package for students starts from 4.5 lacs per annum and goes up to the capability of the students.
- Every year most of the students get placed through campus recruitments and the other ones get placed through outer networks.
- My campus gets most of the placements in Marketing stream but all the other streams have their fair share of placements as well.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 4 hostels, 2 boys hostels, and 2 girls hostels. The hostel fee is Rs. 6500 per month which makes Rs. 75000 per year.
- The PGs and other options to stay outside college are pretty wide and one can go for them as well.
- The food in the hostel mess is fine.
- Everything is fine in the college according to the fees.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for my admission in the course was the Common entrance test that takes place for the admission in any renowned college for Masters in Management i.e. CAT AND MAT.
- I got my admission through my Mat score that was 89 percentile and the cut off for my college was 60 percentile in the course. The typical cutoffs for my course depend according to the college, but in mine, it was 60 percentile.
- My college is has a very amazing faculty that acts as an icing on the cake and makes it worth taking admission in the Course.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine goes on from 9:30 in the morning till 5 in the evening with a lunch break for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- We get assignments on the basis of what is being taught in the class and exams take place 3 times in a semester namely Internals, Prefinals, and finals.
- The quality of teaching is very good and the method is teaching is very interesting and friendly as well.
- My overall experience is a great one with my college.
Fees and Scholarships
- My course fee is Rs.4.45 lacs for the entire course and if u want to avail the hostel facility as well then it will be Rs. 75000.
- Every student who has above 70 percent in high school and intermediate and 60 percent in graduation combined is entitled to a scholarship of Rs. 25000.
- On an average 60 students got a scholarship.
- Though the fees are pretty reasonable but still if anybody is not able to fulfill the amount, he can approach any bank for the loan. The college even gets the loan of students sanctioned through various banks.
Clubs and Associations
- There is a rotract club in the college and activities takes place in the college on a daily basis.
- SURFACE is the key fest in the college apart from that various management fests keep on happening.
- The life in college, in general, is good.
