Placements and Internships
- There is an internship program for the students at Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management.
- Mostly in the field of IT, CS, BME, EC, EI visit the Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management campus for placements. Not so many opportunities for other branches.
- The salary for B.TECH branch ranges from Rs. 1.8 - 3.5 Lakh PA.
- For management students the salary package is Rs. 4-5 Lakh PA.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 3 hostels for boys, 5 hostels for girls. Apart from the worst food in town and very high Fee, College campus environment is very safe for girls.
- PG accommodations are decent as well. But still not so many options for girls, also safety a concern for them so most opt for college hostels.
- There are a lot of options for boys at different rates, My hostel fee is Rs. 75,000 pa.
- The quality of food is good.
- The food in a hostel is costly.
- The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries and others are good.
- Wifi facility is available on the campus.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Eligibility criteria for my course at Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management was a 60% aggregate in both 10th and 12th and the students have to clear the UPSEE or JEE MAIN exam.
- Entrance ranks could vary from 1 - 1 Lakh (Now), earlier it was not more than 20-25K in UPSEE.
- Apart from this, there is a Management quota for the students.
- For B.Tech (CS) 45-50K in SEE is the cut-off.
Academics and Faculty
- There is an exam conducted for the students at Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management but the campus lacks good faculty, infrastructure and lab facility.
- Overall experience on campus is not so good.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course Fee for 1st year students at Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management is Rs. 1 Lakh and from 2nd year onwards it cost Rs. 90,000 Plus an annual Orane Lab Fee of Rs. 6,000.
- UP Govt. provide scholarships for the UP students.
- 3 or 4 out of 10 get scholarship facility.
- PNB bank in college gives loan to the students.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many clubs ranging from Dramatics to management and sports are present in Babu Banarasidas National Institute of Technology and Management.
- Annual College Fest known has Utkarsh held in Feb every year, Ganesh Utsav on September ( every year) is celebrated in the campus.
- Life in college is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There are basically two ways to enter this college 1. By AKTU entrance exam 2. Management - The eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th boards exam. Also for B.Tech PCM is necessary. My course is B.Tech from CSE branch and I had my entrance done through AKTU (previously known as UPTU). There are a limited number of seats for the courses and the CSE and IT branch gets filled very quickly.
