Placements and Internships
- The college has tie-ups with few companies for internships. They offer them just after the end of the third year. The placement provided is great with a number of companies visiting the college.
- The only drawback that can be pointed out is that there are hardly any opportunities coming in for ME students.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- College campus consists of sufficient amount of labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is provided to every student on their laptops. Labs have sufficient PCs for every batch.
- Canteen serves snacks as well as lunch. But it could be graded as expensive.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The entrance exam for getting admission in this college is the same as all over Maharashtra: CET. During my time, there was a minimum eligibility criterion of 50% aggregate marks in PCM subjects in XIIth grade. The CET cutoff varied.
- But most students with CET marks over 100 were able to get admission within the first couple of CAP rounds.
Academics and Faculty
- Regular college timing is 9-5. Alternate Saturdays are working. Faculty team is a mixed bag.
- The quality of teaching is still better than most colleges.
Fees and Scholarships
- The college charges fees similar to all colleges.
- Scholarships are offered to toppers of all branches every year. This scholarship covers almost 75% of the fees.
Clubs and Associations
- Apart from academics, other activities are conducted at the college with great enthusiasm, like workshops, seminars etc. The college has its own Music club, drama club, photographer group, and what few colleges have a literary group.

The department was started in the year 2002 with the aim of acquainting students with the latest trends in Computer Science and Engineering. The Department has faculty members with both industry and academic experience. The undergraduate program in Computer Engineering is essentially aimed at equipping a student with excellent programming and system related competencies. Teaching is focused on systems programming as well as application programming. Knowledge is imparted in Computer Architecture and Design, maintenance and networking. Students are also taught a spectrum of programming languages spanning assembly language programming, C, Java, C++, .Net and also operating systems like UNIX and Windows. DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS: It is NBA accredited.
