Shreypal8's Review on IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus)

The institute offers great placement oppurtunities and even give training on how should we give the interview. The institute provide full assistance in that matter and its placement cell is highly active. About 85 to 90% students gets placed through campus placements. We started getting offers for internship from 2nd year or 3rd semester onwards and the companies started coming for placements from 5th semester i.e. in the starting of the 3rd year. At an average students are generally offered 6 to 7 LPA, and the highest package offered was around 17 LPA.

There are two hostels within the campus one for boys and other for girls. There are also PGs and some restaurant near by. The college is located on the highway and thus has great connectivity. The institute provides free bus service fro the students. It has good classrooms with splendid furniture, they are equipped with projectors and whiteboards, also laptops or PCs can be easily used in the classrooms without any hassel. Proper security measures are taken by the institution, CCTV cameras, security guards are present. The institue is fully Air conditioned (AC) and has Wifi installed on every floor for the student usage. It also has a big library, mess, canteen, maggie hotspot

In our BBA course a person needs to get at least 45% from a recognised board for General and 40% for SC/ST. At my time of admission, college  provided me with full assistance through mails, whatsapp messages and phone calls. Also, they provided me with an excellent campus visit and a counselling session. It was really helpful, I was asked to fill a application form and then appear for a telephonic interview.

We usually have 4 to 5 classes a day, for an hour each. The college begins at 9:15 AM. The college not only focuses on the classroom studies but also we get some free lectures, library periods and also easily able to arrange time for playing games or sports. The faculty is highly experiencedd and well versed with modern methods of teaching. We regularly get projects or assignments to enhance our understanding and development.

Overall this college is best for those who wishes to learn.

My course fee is 1,29,500 per year. But still I find it too less in comparison to all the services its offering us, great number of event, guest lecturs, workshops, etc. takes place in the institution. Not only that it provides us with great industry visits and helps build a great network channel.

Not only college provides financial aid to the students for the economicaly weaker section of society, but also it provides scholarships on the basis of merit( marks obtained in the board exam) , on the basis caste,  sports, etc.

Around 33 social clubs are present in the college. All have their own personal event calendar, meetings, etc. Students play a vital role in these clubs. They provides great oppurtunties for us students.

Some of the clubs are domain specific providing domain related information and some teaches the employment skills, etc. All of them conduct their own events and mega events. They are like festivals. Some of my favorite mega events are Vithmantan (Organized by Finance club), Startup conclave, Pluse (biggest cultural fest of the institute)

Some clubs like Entrepreneurship cell and Research cell work towards development of the students.
