NTSE Result 2022

NTSE exams are conducted in two levels, state and national. State-level exams are usually held in November, and the national-level exam is conducted in May every year.

To view results, students need to visit the official state website for NTSE. Students can download the NTSE 2022 results from the official website by entering the roll number and date of birth.

Steps to Download NTSE Stage 1 Results

After completing the NTSE stage 1 state-level entrance exam, the official authority will announce the NTSE exam results on the official websites of each state. However, NTSE stage 2 results can be viewed or downloaded from the NTS official website.

Given below are the steps to download the NTSE stage 1 exam.

  • Visit the official SCERT website of the respective state.
  • Click on the NTSE stage 1 results in the latest news section.
  • Enter your roll number, date of birth, class, and section.
  • The merit list in pdf format will appear on the screen.
  • Download the file and view individual marks.

Steps to Download NTSE Stage 2 Results

NTSE stage 2 exam will be conducted in May every year. Students satisfied with the qualification marks will be eligible for NTSE stage 2. The results will be published on the official website of NCERT.

Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to check the NTSE stage 2 results.

  • Students can visit the NCERT page after the results are declared.
  • Click on the NTSE stage 2 results link available in the latest announcement section.
  • On the results page, log in using registration details.
  • Enter the roll number, date of birth, class, and section.
  • Click on the Submit button to view the results in a pdf file with category-wise mark details.
  • The student should take a printout of NTSE stage 2 results for future reference.

NTSE Qualifying Marks

    • 40% in SAT section

NTSE Stage 1 CutOff

Only candidates who satisfy the minimum qualifying criteria and stage 1 cut-off will be eligible for the NTSE stage 2 exam. The NTSE cut-off 2022 will be different for various categories in India.

NTSE Scholarship 2022

Students who have cleared the mental aptitude test and the scholastic aptitude test will be selected for the NTSE stage 2 exam. After successfully completing NTSE stage 2, students who clear the exam are eligible for the NTSE scholarship. Students who are selected for the scholarship programme will receive up to a monthly sum of INR 2,000.

NTSE reservations allotted for various categories are,

  • SC category- 15%
  • ST category- 7.5%
  • Physically challenged students- 3%
