    HSSC Group C Recruitment Process 2024 will be active from Apr 1- May 1, 2024.

HSSC Eligibility Criteria 2024 has been released along with the notification by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. To be eligible for the HSSC Group C recruitment 2024, the candidate must be between 18 and 42. The HSSC 2024 has granted reserved category candidates an age relaxation for HSSC TGT eligibility criteria 2024.

The candidate must have graduated from a recognized high school. Candidates must have a graduation plus a bachelor's degree in education for HSSC Group C eligibility criteria.

Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and the maximum age of the candidate cannot exceed more than 42 years for all the posts under HSSC 2024 recruitment.

HSSC 2024 Age Relaxation

Age relaxation is provided in all the posts to certain categories. The age relaxation conditions are as follows:

  • The candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are given an age relaxation of 5 years.
  • The candidates belonging to the PwD category are given an age relaxation of 10 years (except for Haryana Police vacancies).
  • For Ex-Servicemen: The break in the service, i.e., the time between the date of discharge and the beginning of the HSSC enrollment process, should not be more than 3 years.

HSSC 2024 Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet the educational requirements to apply for the HSSC exam 2024. Below candidates can find all the HSSC eligibility criteria 2024 for each post:

Assistant Lineman (ALM) The candidates must have passed the 10th class with a 2-year ITI course in Electrician/Wireman trade or have a 2-year Vocational Course under the trade Lineman or Electrician.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – Physical Education The candidates should be Graduates with a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or possess a Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) or its equivalent and must have passed the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET).
Deputy Ranger The candidates need to have an Intermediate Science or 10+2 or its equivalent with any three of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Geology, Agriculture, or Forestry from a recognized Board/University, or equivalent. Alternatively, a Diploma in Civil/Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science from a recognized Board/University is also acceptable.
Warder The candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized education board.
Assistant Superintendent Jail (Male) The candidates must have graduated from a recognized university is necessary for this position.
Junior Coach The candidates should be Graduates or possess an equivalent degree and have a Diploma in Coaching from the National Institute of Sports in the relevant game or have a Diploma from the National Institute of Sports with a Certificate of Participation in the relevant game.
Constable (General Duty) The candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized Education Board/Institution. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard or higher education is also required.
Sub Inspector (General Duty) The candidates must have graduated from a recognized university is necessary for candidates applying for the Sub Inspector position.

There are some exceptions in the HSSC 2024 eligibility criteria:
