Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology was established in 1984 which provides professional education in the field of Engineering. Candidates will be required to appear in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MHT CET. Admission to the BE lateral program is done on the basis of marks scored in Diploma in relevant discipline. Candidates seeking admission to B.E course must have passed in the Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates belonging to the State of Maharashtra are required to secure a valid score in the State Common Entrance Test. Final selection will be done through CAP (Central Admission Process) rounds conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. My college Vivekanand education society institute of technology was built in memory of the great legend swami vivekanand.College is one of it's kind.The teaching faculty in college is extremely good vivekanand society is actually quite big which consists of schools, colleges for engineering, pharmacy, management, colleges for 11 and 12 .I am studying engineering in electronics branch.The way to enter this college is via your CET or jee marks but the majority is your CET marks.Now I am studying in the first year of electronics engineering and the cut off for 2017-18 in the cap was 106 out off 200.My branch has extremely good faculty and the placements are also quite good.Lasy year the electronics engineering highest placement went up to 16 lakhs which were offered by Microsoft.Along with teaching life, the enjoying life is also very good.I am proud to be a Venetian.

1.Eligibility criteria to get admissions in Vesit, Mumbai is that u have to pass 12th science exam or diploma in fields like electronics n telecommunications, electronics, computer, information technology and u have done admissions procedure through cap rounds which are conducted by DTE ie.directive of technical education.
2.I didn't take any Entrance exam.
3.Students scored more than 85 percent to get admissions in first shift for Electronics and telecommuniction field more than 82 percent in 2nd shift.

The college is in Chembur. The eligibility criteria were 120 plus score in CET exam for computer branch. 110 for IT and 80 plus for other branches. The infrastructure is very huge with big campus and labs. The faculty was not very professional except hods and placement was 80 percentage.

For admission in this college student must take Mht CET or JEE entrance examinations.
I gave both the examinations along with JEE Advanced. The eligiblity for course is above 96 percentile in Mht CET exam and above 95 percentile in JEE main for general category.

I took the JEE mains exam and had a score of 106, generally admissions are given to people with scores in the range 80-110 depending on the difficulty of that years exam.
