Candidates will be required to appear in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MHT CET. Admission to the BE lateral program is done on the basis of marks scored in Diploma in relevant discipline. Candidates seeking admission to B.E course must have passed in the Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates belonging to the State of Maharashtra are required to secure a valid score in the State Common Entrance Test. Final selection will be done through CAP (Central Admission Process) rounds conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. Instructions for Admission Process

  1. The candidate's physical presence is Mandatory at the time of confirmation of admission.
  2. The candidate has to report to the institute for Document Verification and Confirmation of Admission on DTE portal after filling the Online Admission Form and making the Online Fee Payment.
  3. Mode of Payment: - Online/Offline via Payment Gateway i.e. payment by Net Banking/DD drawn in favour of “VESIT”, payable at Mumbai.
  4. Kindly keep a scanned soft copy of passport size photograph and signature ready before filling the form.
  5. Separate PDF documents of each scanned copy of all original mark-sheets and certificates to be uploaded at the time of filling the online form.
  6. 3 copies of Passport Size Photographs are required.

My college Vivekanand education society institute of technology was built in memory of the great legend swami vivekanand.College is one of it's kind.The teaching faculty in college is extremely good vivekanand society is actually quite big which consists of schools, colleges for engineering, pharmacy, management, colleges for 11 and 12 .I am studying engineering in electronics branch.The way to enter this college is via your CET or jee marks but the majority is your CET marks.Now I am studying in the first year of electronics engineering and the cut off for 2017-18 in the cap was 106 out off 200.My branch has extremely good faculty and the placements are also quite good.Lasy year the electronics engineering highest placement went up to 16 lakhs which were offered by Microsoft.Along with teaching life, the enjoying life is also very good.I am proud to be a Venetian.

  • First of all, you can apply in Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, [VESIT] Mumbai by two different ways.
  • 1st way is to you have to pass 12th examination in science stream and go through CAP process.
  • 2nd is after 10th you can do diploma in a particular branch and after diploma, you can get admission directly for second year of a particular degree course.
  • There is no any entrance exam for diploma students.
  • But students who are coming from 12th, they have to give MS CET or JEE.
  • For general category, you must have above aggregate of 86% in final year of a diploma.
