SIIB Pune Placements 2025 achieved 100% placement for 180 MBA students across International Business, Agri Business, and Energy & Environment programs. The highest package reached Rs. 27.60 LPA for International Business, with an average of Rs. 16.20 LPA, a 20% rise from 2024’s Rs. 13.51 LPA. SIIB has a placement cell that concluded the 2023 placement drive for students of all programs. According to the SIIB placement report 2023, the average international package offered was INR 71.00 LPA. The SIIB Pune average package (Dometic) of the MBA International Business program was INR 13.12 LPA. Similarly, the average domestic packages of MBA Agri-Business and MBA Energy & Environment programs are INR 10.66 LPA and INR 11.54 LPA, respectively.

SIIB has a dedicated placement cell that collaborates with the faculty throughout the year to coordinate the best placement opportunities for their students. SIIB Placement Process

The SIIB Pune placement season usually begins in November every year. The step-by-step process for conducting SIIB placements is given below.

• Pre-placement talks are organised by recruiters for students either on campus or virtually from September every year.
• Interested students apply for positions recruiters offer through the SIIB Pune placement cell.
• The cell then shares all applications with the recruiter. Recruiters will shortlist applications based on the student’s resume.
• Companies will conduct the selection process for shortlisted students, either on-campus, virtually, or at the HQ.
• Recruiters will issue an offer letter to students who have cleared the selection process through the SIIB placement cell.
• Based on the student’s performance in the internship, companies can also issue Pre-placement offers.

SIIB Internship 2023

The SIIB summer placements usually begin in September every year. The highest stipend offered for students of the MBA International Business program was INR 1.65 Lakhs. Similarly, the highest stipends offered for MBA Agri-Business and MBA Energy and Environment program students are INR 1.04 Lakhs and INR 1.65 Lakhs, respectively.
