The campus is located in 10.14 acres of land in Venmony village in contiguous Survey Nos. in Alappuzha district

The campus plan is meant to be conducive to a healthy academic atmosphere. While Departments are generally housed in separate buildings, allied disciplines are clubbed together. The twin approaches to the campus provide different perspectives. The main building will face a ground level reservoir and with proper terrain shaping and landscaping, it will present an imposing view along the eastern approach road. Appropriate facade lighting will be designed so that the building will be reflected on the front during night also.

The institution will have a fully air-conditioned central computing Lab with high end systems, licensed software, LAN, Printers and multimedia attachments with adequate capacity of UPS, so as to suit the concept of One Student – One machine for hands on experience. Simultaneously internet facility will be provided with 4 mbps, where 100 students can access.

The institution is proposing to have a central library in a 1000 sq.m area which will ultimately have a collection of more than 20000 volumes and 2000 titles to meet the requirements of the University of Kerala syllabus in addition to 30 national and 10 international journals, newspapers and magazine for reading. The library will have a serene atmosphere conducive to un-interrupted reading and concentration.

COMPUTER LAB:

The College has well established computer centre with latest computer hardware, software and state  of the art networking.

It provides access to all staff and students . The total no.of workstations  are 170 with most modern servers  with internet facility

LIBRARY:

The pride is The Central Library is the pride of the institution which caters to the insatiable knowledge thirst of the voracious readers. It provides a serene atmosphere for deeper and concentrated study. The library has been fully automated, Open Access System is followed and Online Public Access Catalogue service is made available to all staff and students. The college has an institutional membership with DELNET New Delhi. Through DELNET, staff and students can access more than 1500 e-journals, the database other member libraries and procedure books from those libraries through inter library loan facility. The Central Library has been spreads over two floors with an area of 725 sqm. It has a seating capacity of 150 clientele and provides information in a serene setting. It has a growing collection 8000 volumes 2245 titles.

HOSTEL:

The college provides excellent, well furnished and comfortable hostel accommodation separately for outstation boys and girls with strict overall supervision of the management. Resident Tutors and Wardens of each hostel take care of adherence of discipline, academic interest etc in the hostels. College has excellent messing facilities at reasonable cost to suit variety food habits of students.

TRANSPORT:

To ensure hassle free and safe transportation to staff and students, the college buses are plying to and fro from Changanacherry, Thiruvalla, Chengannur, Harippad, Mavelikkara, Karunagapally, Kayamkulam, Kattanam, Charummood, Pathanamthitta, Kozhencherry, Aranmula, Pathanapuram, Adoor, Pandalam etc.
