Hostel

Experience a cozy home-like atmosphere in our hostels. There are separate hostels for girls and boys located inside the campus. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and self contained and duly maintained. There are however, a set of rules and regulations that have to be strictly adhered to. All provisions are made to ensure students enjoy their stay here.

WiFi

Wi-fi facility in the Institution Campus is a milestone in the history of this institution as it puts the college on the road to paperless administration and functioning. With this addition the college will provide internet and intranet access to all students and staff for instructional purpose on par with colleges internationally. The class rooms are provided with wireless access points for the students to make use of internet and intranet.

Transport

For the transportation of the day-scholar students and staff the college has 5 buses plying through every nook and corner of Coimbatore city and its suburbs like Saravanampatti,Ukkadam, Annur etc.The bus routes are operated after taking into account the need of the students. 

All students make use of the college transport or  Private vehicles like two-wheelers and cars are permitted. All the buses reach the campus before 8:45 a.m. so that students and faculty can get ready to attend the classes at 9:00 a.m. The buses leave the campus at 5:10 pm, which helps students to reach home early and safe.

Sports

In SSEC, students are encouraged to take an active part in sports and games. To facilitate this, there are well-groomed playfields for Cricket, Foot ball, Tennis, Volley ball, Athletics etc. An Indoor Stadium to built on par with International Standards houses games such as Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis Squash and Separate gymnasia for boys and girls. The Physical Director supervises and guides the sports activities.

Cafeteria

College have big spacious cafeteria with 200 sitting arrangement. Fresh and nutritious meals are available for the students. Snacks and refreshments are also served to the students at subsidized rates. The eating point offers excellent menu in a comfortable and vibrant ambience and varied range. A right place of refreshment and interaction for students.

Auditorium

This is an exquisite part of the college which aims to conduct Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums, Faculty Development Programs and Annual day Celebrations of SSEC. It is equipped with High end Projection facility, PA+Sound System etc. Interior atmosphere significantly enhance passive Cooling, while natural lighting and ventilation that surround the auditorium will provide the audience a rejuvenating feeling. This massive Hall is characterized by an eye-catching architecture which creates inspiration for viewers. This hall provides space for the accommodation of more than 750 people.
